Use This Exercise:


  1. To open your heart chakra to increasing numbers of people in your life, building empathy for both them and yourself, and seeing yourself and them from a broader, more compassionate point of view.
  2. To unclench your psychic or emotional fist, so that as you move through your life, you are less stressed by separation and fear and more comfortable living within your own skin and in your own place on the planet.
  3. To open yourself to the flow of energy between yourself and your higher self, as well as between your higher self and the higher selves of those around you, enhancing your ability to ask the universe for assistance when you need it.
